Willett 8 Year Wheated Bourbon

First sip was weird. Red hots candy and old books finish. Follow up sips more interesting and kept on sipping. Can for sure see why this one is divisive. I like it but its certainly not an everyday sipper as people say.

4.35 Really interesting. Lots of green apple on the nose, bright and crisp through the palate, long charred finish. Flavors expand on the KY chew & with a few drops of water. I can see why it's polarizing (especially at the price), but I dig it.

Brown sugarand spice!
