Reviewed February 27, 2019Damn good stuff rite her! Literally makes my nose burn with a deep sniff. With a shallow sniff I get lots of oak, vanilla, banana and stone fruits. The flavor profile starts off nice and sweet, some caramel, toffee, grains and a little banana. It morphs into this intense rye driven beast that tingles your tongue as you roll it. It finishes with.... and I had to think hard but it hit me like a barrel... pickle brine! Nice and viscous, it sticks around. -

Reviewed February 25, 2019 (edited March 1, 2019)Strong on the nose and on the palate. There’s just enough burn to compliment the excellent flavor. If you like big rye flavor with lots of sweetness and nuance, you’ll love this whiskey.55.0 USD per BottleNew York -

Reviewed February 23, 2019Vanilla almond nose. Sip...Clean, light floral notes, refreshing, ending with a bang of heat that dissipates oh so nicely. In a year this will be double the price.40.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed February 23, 2019 (edited May 11, 2020)The nose is a floral bouquet which belies the flavors to follow. Don't know if I've ever had a rye before that is so true to the grain. It's like a bite of hot rye bread with black pepper. Nice heat level, flavor eventually fades into mild salty dill. Not overly complex but very unique. This whiskey is like no other I've had.50.0 USD per Bottle
