William Larue Weller Bourbon (Fall 2015)

Neat - very hot in fact hard to appreciate the initial flavor because the heat comes so quickly and hits you like a jackhammer. I had to put some water in it to enjoy it 😳

An amazing Whiskey, it needs some water and a cube to really bring out the full flavour with such a high ABV.
