William Larue Weller Bourbon (Fall 2021)

This is the bourbon by which I shall now judge all others. Immaculate! Perfectly aged. The scent actually transports me to a rickhouse, breathing in the angel's share given off by thousands of barrels at a time. The flavor is nothing short of rapturous. Quintessential bourbon flavor and exceptionally smooth at just over 125 proof. Encompasses the bourbon flavor profile in the embodiment of what I consider to be the perfect pour.

Out of this world. Really concentrated flavor and incredibly smooth. Lives up to the hype.
