Tasting Notes
"The apple comes through here loud and clear and with the sage makes for a nice sweet/savory combination. The spices are warming and the apples come back past the spices to help keep the prickly heat at bay. Touches of hops and elderflower come through in he ends. Traditionalist, you would be wise to give this gin a chance. As for uses, a martini with a thin apple slice seems like a nice idea. Or you can do yourself a favor serve it simply--chilled, neat."
