Wolfburn 10 Year

Dusty honey and earthy pear nose. Astringent at first. Simple syrup, canned peaches and dried figs. Finish is soft but drying. Flavors seem reserved.

I enjoy sherry cast whisky but this was lacking. It was drinkable but it just wasent anything special

Terrible nose, sulfur and sour old fruit. Body is the best of the Wolfburn lineup. The taste and finish is dominated by pepper. Very divisive, some could not forgive the nose but I liked the pepper notes. Best of Wolfburn but not a buy.

Finally a Wolfburn I can stand. Sweet and creamy promising

Sherry, raisin and woodiness. Lovely spice and silkiness. Rich and sweet, but not in an overbearing way.
