Tasting Notes
"The aroma isn't too intense, but you'll find a warm spiced and herbal profile here with a light toasted oak. There's young sweet corn notes here as well. The palate is rich and oily with a more of the warm spiced profile. Finish is dry with a bitter finish. While the nose is promising, the palate and finish don't quite match up. Feels disjointed and perhaps needs more time in the barrel or blended with traditionally aged bourbon. "
