Reviewed November 4, 2018 (edited November 30, 2018)All spice kick at the beginning, caramel after. Caramel tastes fake, but smells amazing. Lots of barrel burn, but not alcohol burn, the spice makes it pleasant. Pepper? Cinnamon? Smells like heaven. -

Reviewed November 1, 2018Probably the best tasting Seattle-area bourbon. It’s not amazing but it’s not bad, it’s better than Maker’s Mark. Will update review with more notes.
