Writers' Tears Copper Pot

Take a bunch of classic pot still Irish Whiskey taste, add the density of (fresh) single malt.. boom. Walsh Distillery just presents a fine, smooth classic example of well made, go to Irish Whiskey. This will stop one in their track to persue an everyday Irish whiskey, a fall back. A legit go to that will impress others. It's bang for the buck. It's just good smooth shit.

My absolute favorite. Touring here was amazing!
