Tasting Notes
"Classic sherry-like aromas of dried figs, dates, and roasted almonds mix with an unusually tropical note of dried papaya with sweet spices and an overall flintiness. That element features strongly on the palate, though the tropical fruit notes expand to pineapple and mango with a subtle hit of cinnamon and nutmeg. More oaky spice leads into the finish, which is tangy and rather sweet, with a nutty richness. "
