Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon

I Have recently found this company at a recent tasting and have been impressed! Surprisingly extremely smooth. Simpler in flavor. There’s some honey sweetness and floral notes. Good oak for a 6 year product.

Medium bodied, slight viscosity, pleasant mouthfeel. Spicy, peppery, woody, brown sugar and apple cider flavors that only lingers in its slightly oily coating around the edges of the mouth. Good value, and pretty similar to another favorite of mine, Basil Hayden.

Cedar, mild spice, pear, moonshine finish but not heavy. Kind of a bland bourbon overall.

Mild spiciness, no peat, light on the palate, a touch of sweetness, some fruity hints. I enjoy it taste. I will keep it in my collection.
