Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Good tasting but comes off a little young, thin. Color is lighter than most of my favorite brands. Good value at 33 bucks. Will revisit after it has some chance to breathe.

Flaviar 12/8/21 Blind Taste 1 - nose is a lot of barley. Taste is nice and sharp but not long lived. Hard to comment on the taste it is so brief. Best of this bunch. // Yellowstone - caramel and herbs, little bit of rye

Smooth intro with a top of the tongue mellow, quickly washed over by a typical bourbon finish
