Reviewed February 23, 2022Amazing piney goodness! I do enjoy drinking this on it own, enjoying the piney start and relaxing on the sappy finish. For added effect, I add a dash of Santa Fe Spirits' Atapiño to increase the woodiness. -

Reviewed January 23, 2022Does NOT taste like PineSol cleaner! Is NOT a ‘pine tree in a glass.’ The pine nut here delivers a fruity berry taste unlike any other. Sweeter and crisp, would make for a good mixer ingredient. Actually is not a bad side kick to a cigar either. Think of this as something in the rum family- from the glorious Alps of Europe. Well worth trying. -

Reviewed August 8, 2020A really perfect pairing of strong piney taste and herbal sweetness. Not too syrupy, and not too boozy. Would go well with gin drinks, but I mostly just sip it straight. -
