Super spicy.

Strong ethanol nose, peppery and spicy taste with hints of cinnamon

First sniffs of strong grassy notes (wheat) as well. Very spicy and pepper taste linger on first sips with notes of toasted oak that finishes in my pallet.

This doesn’t really taste like what one expects from a rye - really none of that classic peppery zip an American rye would have. But it’s not bad, and pretty complex - toffee and tropical aroma notes, with a nice bready, mouth-filling taste.

Smells like feet. Plenty spicy.

Fresh cut wood, a piney sawdust, on the nose. Grains and corn on the palate fading into nutty caramel.
