This single malt from Balvenie is initially matured in traditional American oak casks. Then it's finished in French oak casks which previously held Pineau des Charentes bringing the total aging overall to 16 years. Pineau, as it is often called, is a French fortified wine made from unfermented grape juice and Cognac eaux-de-vie before aging in French oak. Released in the US in late July 2022, Balvenie French Oak Pineau Cask Finish is a permanent addition to the brand's Cask Finishes Range.

This is the second release in GlenAllachie's 50th Anniversary The Past, Present, and Future series which is a tribute to Master Distiller Billy Walker and his 50-year-long career. Representing The Present, this single malt bottling was initially matured in oloroso and PX sherry casks. Then the whisky was placed into virgin Mizunara oak casks with a medium level of toasting and charring to finish its aging, 16 years in total. This is Walker's first use of the Japanese oak species. It is bottled at 48% ABV without any added color or chill-filtering and was released globally in late July 2022. Only 2900 bottles were produced for this limited edition whisky.

Tulchan Gin is made as a London Dry Gin although it is distilled in the Scottish Speyside. Botanicals used here were inspired by the flora and fauna of the Tulchan Estate which is located on the banks of the River Spey. In addition to the requisite juniper and other traditional botanicals like angelica root and licorice root, the small batch gin uses sloe berries, elderflower, blackberry leaves and asparagus in its production. The global launch kicks off in the UK and US as of July 2022 with Latin America, the Caribbean, Panama, and the Dominican Republic to follow later in 2022.
