10First released in 2017, Leopold's Summer Gin is made by individually distilling each botanical. These include juniper berries, coriander, blood orange, lemon myrtle leaf, and Helichrysum arenarium which is also known as the "Immortal flower." Available seasonally from May-August.

8Villa Ascenti Gin is made at the Distilleria Santa Vittoria, a new distillery in the the central Marche region which opened in 2019. The gin is made with moscato grapes as the base with fresh thyme, mint, and Tuscan juniper berries used as the botanicals. Villa Ascenti Gin launched in 14 European markets as of May 2019.

7Warner's Rhubarb Gin is made using a type of rhubarb originally grown in the kitchen garden of Buckingham Palace during Queen Victoria's reign. The rhubarb used in this gin is grown at the Crown Estate and is pressed to extract the juice. This is then blended with Warner's Harrington Dry Gin. Note: Formerly known as Warner Edwards Victoria's Rhubarb Gin. The brand changed its name to Warner's from Warner Edwards in March 2019. Available in the US beginning December 2023. (SRP $32.99)

6Launched in early 2018, Malfy Gin Originale is distilled at the Torino Distillati, just outside Torino in Moncalieri. It is distilled in stainless steel vacuum still using juniper and five other botanicals including coriander, angelica and cassia bark. It is cut to proof with Italian spring water. This juniper-forward gin joins the brand's other gin, Malfy con Limone.

5Sipsmith Lemon Drizzle combines two quintessentially British things: good gin and lemon cake. The lemon flavor is achieved by adding in dried lemon peels, vapor-infused freshly-peeled lemon, and lemon verbena grown by the master distiller himself. The other botanicals at play are juniper, coriander, vanilla, and ground almond. Note: Available in the US with limited availability as of spring 2019.

4Bombay Sapphire English Estate Gin is a limited edition gin created by master distiller Anne Brock and master of botanicals Ivano Tonutti. Three new botanicals are added to the core recipe: pennyroyal mint, rosehip, and toasted hazelnut. This gin is the first in limited edition series with additional bottles to come in the years ahead. Available beginning April 2019 in the UK, Western Europe, Australia, and global travel retail outlets.

3The Ninth. A Symphony in Orange is a gin from Copper & Kings in Kentucky. Crushed whole juniper berries, Seville bitter orange peels, sweet orange & grapefruit peels, coriander, cardamom, grains of paradise all macerate in an apple brandy low wine made from 100% apple wine and orange blossom honey. Then Seville blood oranges, sweet orange peels, and jasmine are placed in a gin basket while the distillate is vapor-distilled through the botanicals. Lastly, the gin ages briefly in orange curaçao barrels for the final flourish.

2Edinburgh Gin co-founder Alex Nicol wanted to create a gin that would celebrate the native botanicals of Scotland. On a quest to find unique Scottish botanicals, master distiller David Wilkinson began to look along the east coast of Scotland for inspiration. Originally a limited edition product that was recently made part of the distillery's core range, Edinburgh Seaside Gin is made with traditional gin botanicals, including grains of paradise, coriander, and cardamom, along with foraged Scottish botanicals, such as scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack. Following distillation, this gin is bottled at 43% ABV.

1Released in 2019 as the first expression in Hendrick's Cabinet of Curiosities limited edition series, Midsummer Solstice is infused with natural floral essences. Master Distiller Lesley Gracie took inspiration for the gin from the abundant aroma of flowers in full midsummer bloom. Midsummer Solstice was discontinued in 2021, but is returning to shelves exclusively in the US for the holiday season in 2024. (SRP $39.99)
