I’m a bourbon guy but this is great.

Wow. Very high burn and spice. Hits you in the face. No wonder this is hard to get, I’d love to always have one of these around. I think I liked it more than rare breed

So unique with the 100% corn. Sweet. I think the baby barrel is a bit better but I just probably prefer the extra oakyness. Worth the price just like I think the baby barrel at 100 is.

Finally got to try it! Everything you’d want in a bourbon. Perfectly balanced. Perhaps the longest finish I’ve ever experienced

Good. Not getting anything special out of it at the moment. Actually would have guessed a bit higher than 100 considering the burn

Batch 121. One of the best if not the best bourbons I’ve ever had. The 100% corn provides a u wife sweetness and everything is so complex. Lots of caramel. Leather. Banana. Marshmallow. Long finish. Surprisingly worth the $100. Supports a fantastic small local place and it’s amazing. Guy let me taste the cask strength version which words can’t describe. Might try and buy one ($200) and sip it over the course of my life.

I had been told this was over rated but I disagree. So so smooth. Not on the level of double oaked when it comes to secondary barrel finishes but worth the buy.

Deep dark fruity finish. Finish isn’t totally for me.

Like this more than I thought. Little light. Nice sweetness. Rum not over powering.
