Can’t really get the bourbon away from the burn, it’s 110 proof, but others in the flight were higher proof with more taste

Like being on a fucking old ship, drinking scotch from a fresh barrel. Sweet, but also Smokey and peaty, and course a burn, I want to check more from them out! Balances all 3 flavors well!

Sweet, but salty, strong so open with a few drops of water (4-5). Very rich and viscous, not bottle worthy, but if you want something strong and rich, this is your bottle.
