Nose :. Cherry coke and vanilla, a bit of oak as well. Palate : a bit of bitter oak up front, heavy on the cherry and vanilla as well. A bit of chocolate towards the end. Overall a good pour. Prefer the cask strength but i couldn't find it so I picked this up instead. Well worth the $40.45.0 USD per Bottle

On the nose : Apple and vanilla up front, a little bit of coconut as well. Wonderful nose. Palate : Very fruity, bright apples and bananas on the start, dark chocolate at the end. I got this whiskey at Costco for $46, was going to get Redbreast 12 but Green Spot was cheaper. Blew my expectations away. Great whiskey for the money. Love the fruit flavors. Will compare to Redbreast when i pick some up.46.0 USD per Bottle

On the nose : Very nutty, alot of dark chocolate and raisin as well. Very slight hint of peat. Palate : Butterscotch and Chocolate up front, hints of red fruit and cinnamon. A little bit of spice along with the cinnamon. Finish is very pleasant. Overall a wonderful dram, the price is a bit steep in my area unfortunately. Great purchase all the same.69.99 USD per BottleWestside Liquor St Cloud

On the nose : Campfire, sea salt, a little bit of graham cracker, oak, smoked beef. Mouth feel : Viscous and smooth, a little thin compared to the Ardbeg 10. Taste : Heavy peat smoke initially, mellows out to oak, graham cracker, ash, a little fruity. Ends with a little spice and has a nice aftertaste, the smoked beef sticks around for a while. Overall out of the two peated Islays I've had so far, I do prefer the Ardbeg 10 to this, but barely. Great dram on a cold night. The Laphroaig is slightly cheaper than the Ardbeg in my area and well worth the 55 dollars.55.0 USD per Bottle
