Oaky, spicy, dark fruits. I like it a lot. Its more of a dark flavor profile with a lot of spicy notes which i like, but could be a little more balanced or smoother. Overall pretty good

Really good. The oakiness comes thru in a nice way. Sweet and creamy throughout. Definitely get the smoky/char flavors, followed by nice dark fruit flavors.

Light and smooth and semisweet throughout. Solid flavors coming thru for 80 proof, light caramel and fruity flavors

Great sip and strong flavors, especially for a 90ish proof. Gives semi sweet herbal/fruity notes with a woodiness. Gives a caramel green apple note that I really like. The finish is super nice, finishes with a cold spice, maybe cardamom. Good balance of smooth and spicy

Super smooth throughout, but flavor develops for a long time. Strong butter and caramel sweetness up front but develops into a semisweet dark coffee and dark chocolate flavor. Gives a strong mocha / hot chocolate flavor throughout the finish with a nice creaminess. Great bourbon, nice sweetness, great and complex finish.

Getting notes of brown sugar and cherry up front. Develops with a strong woodiness and black coffee flavor. Dark brown sugar, molasses, baking spices, and caramel throughout, but semiweet. Finishes pretty warm and spicy, which is to be expected, with some nice charred wood notes. Big chocolate and coffee on the finish. The flavors are very concentrated. Amazing bottle, definitely a special occasion bottle.

Super sweet and woody throughout. Honey sweetness along with some pear and apple notes. Balances out with a light wood flavor. Finishes sweet and and a little warm for 93. Feels a little young, but not astringent.

Up front i get a lot of salted caramel, vanilla, and that stays throughout. Not a ton of spice or heat, and some nice, slight honey/caramel sweetness. On the finish i get some fermented fruit, maybe grapes or plums. Good flavors, not super complex, but its nice.

Up front I taste straight up toffee and a little bit of dark fruit, followed up by smores and a heavy smokey, charred wood. Theres is also a toasty bread, brown butter type flavor in the middle. It is sweet throughout and leaves you with a nice coffee, leather, mid-spice finish.

Really good. Straight up caramel and brown sugar with a nice baking spice and long, spicy but not-hot finish. Very nice proof, very nice balance of spice and sweetness
