A not-hot spice up front followed by a strong herb flavor. Herb flavors are mostly dill, kind of gives it a pickle note, not in a gross way. Just interesting, not much sweetness, but a good pour. Wouldnt pay for a bottle probably

Up front is straight caramel and dark fruits like plum and raisin. At the end you get a nice cinnamon and oak heat. Pretty complex and a nice heat.

First taste is chocolate, followed by dark cherries, and then again by bittersweet dark chocolate. Really nice and smooth and a good sweetness.

Baking spice and citrus on nose and first taste. Kind of like a cinnamon roll with orange zest on top. Flavor develops with a punch of fresh orange/citrus. Sweet throughout and deserty on the finish. Some nice spice at the end as well

Perfect amount of sweetness. Spice with cinnamon and nutmeg. Vanilla on the finish

Smells like flowers, fresh, clean, floral, and sweet. Palate matches nose well and is really unique and well balanced. Sweet, floral, strawberries, bright red fruits, has a creaminess to it that is nice. Has an interesting fresh/clean smell almost like spring water. Develops nicely with a little spice and light heat on the finish. Super unique, very good taste, and very well balanced

Super sweet. Smells and taste like honey. Really good

Super deep and complex. Up front it is sweet maple and butter. In the middle I get a strong vanilla whip cream, which matches the mouthfeel. Mouthfeel is similar to a latte, thick and creamy. Develops into coffee, leather, smokiness, and pepper.

Super sweet and toasty. Campfire smokiness with a nice sweetness. Nice finish
