Vanilla cream and wine nose. Burgundy is dominant. Soft feel. Nougat, yellow raisin. Mild. Nice dessert pour.

Nutty, young oak and barley nose. Rich barley sugar, seasoned oak, burnt sugar, peppercorns and candied ginger all wrapped in a dab of peat. Dense and delicious. Long, warming finish.

2007-2016 9yr Bourbon cask. Leaves, cashews, brown pears and barley bread nose. Chestnuts, salty fruit leather, wood smoke. Medium feel. Lingering iodine peat.

#23-04777 66.55% Dense oak, candied stone fruits, overripe banana and caramel nose. Oak syrup, tannic, banana runts, vanilla, honey roasted nuts, candied rye. Long Tennessee tickle.

D:01/19 45% Stone fruits and candied malt nose. Beautifully oiled feel. Malt, oak, char, sweet and sour and warm. Shining example of what American Single Malt can be.

Applesauce, raw dough, mild spiced grains nose. Stewed apples, minor barrel spice, young oak, and nutmeg. Touch of sweetness. Moderate warming finish. Solid pour.
