Tastes

Creamy amburana nose. Clean and buttery. Amburana is the star. A touch of oak and dried fruits in the finish. Being new to Amburana and Cachaca, it's an acquired taste but easily deciphered as a quality presentation.

Nougat, cashews, plantain peels nose. Follows in palate. Spice and saturated, light color exotic wood. Clean and flavorful. A shelfer and an excellent intro to cachaca.

03, Nov22. Sweet straw muddled coconut cream a little past its prime. Sweetness starts off the palate with a mildly tannic finish. Mid range India hug in the finish as well. Composted oak, pale stone fruit, saturated with cane juice. Quality cane juice rum.
