The walnut smell is more pronounced retronasally. Taste is extremely alcoholic, oaky, nutty, bitter needs a splash of water for sure. After a splash of water, burnt caramel, bitter nuttiness, almost ashy flavor, and a little orange citrus. Palate is very tingly, burning from proof, oaky and bitterness linger.
