Light fruity nose full of dried apricots and honey sweetness. Really delicate with a perfume quality. On the palate things get much more aggressive, a tad too much so in my opinion. A nice peppery kick starts things off with some tannic barrel notes as well. Unfurls into the sweetness that was found on the nose with flavors of dried apricots and toasty sweet bread. The finish leaves you wanting more but has a nice burnt marshmallow taste to it. Overall a great whiskey and very complex but leaves me wanting more in terms of balance. The spice is a bit overpowering. A great dram but not totally worth the high price.250.0 USD per Bottle
