Macallan Gold 1824 Series

Reviewed March 7, 2015 (edited October 14, 2015)It's a simple fruity scotch. Noticeable alcohol presence. Not impressed with the smoothness considering its Macallan. Better off with a Jura 10 Year. -
Aberfeldy 12 Year

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select

Baker's Small Batch Bourbon

Reviewed January 6, 2015 (edited April 24, 2018)Sweet on the nose, a nice balance between sweet and spicy on the taste. Smooth and warming finish, with not a lot of alcohol burn (especially considering it's 53%). Great bourbon on a cold day. -

Single Malt — Islay, Scotland
Reviewed October 29, 2014 (edited April 24, 2018)Spicy, citrus fruit and floral on the nose and taste. Has a rum like finish. Needs a bit of water to open up. Pairs well with some dark cocoa chocolate.
