GlenDronach Original 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed October 4, 2014 (edited April 24, 2018)High Sweet and fruity notes. Moderate alcohol presences, but you know it's there. Nice after taste. -
Old Pulteney 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed October 4, 2014 (edited March 8, 2015)Very rich. Needs a bit of water to really open it up. Heavy alcohol on the nose and taste. Not worth the price of a bottle in my area, but still interesting to try out at a bar. -
Jura Origin 10 Year
Single Malt — Islands, Scotland
Reviewed September 28, 2014 (edited February 28, 2015)This scotch can be defined in one word: Honey. The profile is sweet and fruity on both the nose and plate. Also, has a nice thick oily feel and leaves a pleasant aftertaste. Simply, my go to scotch at then end of a long day. Best bang for buck scotch in my area.
