    Nose: citrus fruits - orange, lime, lemon, bit of mango. Brine, honey. Delicate mineral water Palate: light sweet honey, small spice lingers Finish: light spice lingers, very slitht smoke Nice understated balance of citrus fruits, sugar and Highland minerals.

    Nose: salty red meat, oak, rubber Palate: briney, sea water, mineral, Finish: medium length, smokey Initially just kept getting alcohol burn on this one, but the meaty notes came out after a while. It grew on me in the end

    25ml sample Darker than younger Juras, think this due to the virgin oak finish rather than the age though. Nose: sweet, fruit cake, sherry, vanilla, marzipan Palate: rich and thick. Sweet then spice Finish: familiar Jura sweet malt and light peat I am a fan of Jura and did get a lot from this. I don't think its worth the price bump from the younger cousins though.
