An elegant Italian Malt Whisky by the Ebensperger Family, founders of the Puni Distillery in Glorenza Italy distilled in Scottish copper-pot stills aged for 5 years in Marsala Vergine Wine casks from Sicily. It has an aromatic birth with notes of dried fruits & spice cake; while a full life adds notes of creamy walnuts, sultanas, figs, cherry compote, plums, honeyed toast, cinnamon, orange zest & baking spices; that leads to a balanced & fruity death of medium length with notes of strudel & spice. An elegant, Single Malt Scotch Whisky by master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie for Benriach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland that is 3 casks matured for at least 12 years in bourbon, sherry & Marsala wine casks then bottled at 46% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with note of flamed orange peel, vanilla, raisins, fresh baked chocolate brownies covered in walnuts; while a rich life adds notes of Marsala cask, dark chocolate, brown sugar, wood smoke & clove; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of orange, peppercorn, almond & hickory. An intense, Single Malt Scotch Whisky by master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie for Benriach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland crafted with a combination of unpeated & peated that is 3 casks matured for at least 10 years in bourbon barrels, toasted virgin oak casks & Jamaican rum casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of ripe fruit, creamy spices, nut & peat smoke; while a rich & bold life adds notes of greengage, peach, toasted coconut, ginger, cinnamon, maple syrup & campfire smoke; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of fresh vanilla, salted butter, toasted barley & charcoal. An intense, Single Malt Scotch by master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie for Benriach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland that is 3 casks matured for at least 12 years in sherry casks, bourbon casks & Port casks then bottled at 46% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with note of maple syrup on blueberry pancakes, dark chocolate, quince & orange; while a bold & spicy life adds notes of brown sugar, sherry, honeyed cereals, cooked apple, chocolate peanuts & sultanas; that led to a hot death of medium length with notes of ginger ale, oak spice, mocha, honey, dried fruit & mixed peels. An elegant, Single Malt Scotch by master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie for Benriach Distillery in Speyside, Scotland that is 3 casks matured for at least 10 years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks & virgin oak then bottled at 43% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of nectarine, honeydew melon, cedar, vanilla sponge with cream & jam; while a rich & complex life adds notes of croissants dipped in milky coffee, cinnamon rolls, creamy orchard fruits & earthy peat; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of toasted oak, nutty malt, vanilla bean, apricot & peat smoke. An elegant, lightly peated, Islay Whisky at 8ppm as opposed to the standard 24ppm. It has an aromatic birth with notes of Chocolate éclair, dry coastal driftwood, toffee, sherry, refreshers sweets & a hint of gentle smoke; while life is creamy & spiced adding notes of lemon, herbs, oak, vanilla & peppermint creams; that lead to a soft, oily death with notes of berries, rose & peppermint creams, December 2017 / May 2018 / August 2022

An intense, 5-year-old Blended Rye Whiskey by Thurman Wise & Pepijn Janssens; based on MGP’s historic Whiskey parameters & proprietary yeast that dates back to 1933 when it was still owned by the Seagram’s. A touch of high malt rye mash was added to 2 Rye Whiskey batches that were put to rest in charred oak barrels in 2017 & bottled at 50% ABV. in 2022. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fig jam, apple, chocolate, hints of mint, leather & flowers; while a bold & spicy life adds notes of maple syrup, floral spice, clove, banana & apple; that leads to a long & hot death with notes of mint, saddle leather, chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg & charred oak. December 2022
