Their Bath Gin features a selection of 10 botanicals: Cassia Bark, Lemon Peel, Burnt Orange Peel, Cubeb Berry, Licorice, Cardamom, Angelica Root, Wormwood, Kaffir Lime Leaf, as well as the necessary Juniper Berry, for a smooth finish. A balanced, somewhere between a London Dry style and an Old Tom, from Sheffield, boasting a radiant flavor profile thanks to the botanical selection, which includes elderflower, dandelion & pink grapefruit. The name is a reference to local legend, Robin Hood! It has an aromatic birth with notes of juniper & elderflower; while a floral life adds notes of warm cassis & dandelion; that led to a rich death of medium length adding notes of citrus & pink grapefruit.
