An elegant, Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey by Mitchell & Son in collaboration with Midleton Distillery in Ireland. It begins as classic Green Spot matured initially in a mixture of ex-Oloroso Sherry, fresh American oak & ex-bourbon barrels, this Green Spot whiskey is then finished in the ex-Château Léoville Barton Bordeaux wine casks for 12 to 24 months. It has an aromatic birth with notes of wild raspberry, a hint of potpourri, crab apple, honey & gingerbread; while a balanced life adds notes of green apple, vanilla, redcurrant, muddling spices, toffee & lemon curd; that leads to a long & dry death with notes of granola & a hint of white pepper. An intense, Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey by Midleton Distillery aged from 7 to 10 years in new casks & ex-Bourbon barrels, as well as the ones that contained Sherry. It has a fresh & aromatic birth with notes of fruits, oils, sweet barley & toasted wood, hints of peppermint, malt, sugary porridge, creamy vanilla, papaya & citrus; while warm & spicy life adds notes of green apples, pears, apricot, mellow grain, coconut, bourbon oak, green woods, menthol & potpourri; that led to a long & creamy death with notes of vanilla, spice & a hint of copper. A rich, High Rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by IJW Whiskey in Kentucky is aged for a minimum of 2 years in new charred American white oak barrels with different char & toast levels before being bottled at 50% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spices; while a rich life adds notes of caramel & butterscotch; that led to a long & sweet death.

A complex, High Rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by IJW Whiskey in Kentucky is aged for a minimum of 4 years in new charred American white oak barrels, then re-barreled, before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spice; while a spicy life adds notes of honey, vanilla, oak, rye & cinnamon; that leads to a balanced death of medium length. March / July 2023

A complex, High Rye Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by IJW Whiskey in Kentucky is aged for a minimum of 4 years in new charred American white oak barrels before being bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, dried fruits & spices; while a bold life adds notes of rye, oak, vanilla, cinnamon & honey; that leads to a grassy death of medium length with a loaf of corn bread. March / August 2023 / October 2024
