Sweet caramel, apple, cherry, oak, spices and pepper. Quite solid for the price.

I'm really impressed with this one. The flavor profile isn't complex, but still fantastic. Dark caramel, brown sugar, maple syrup and peanut butter. Pour this on my pancakes.

A very average rye. It is flavorful, but to me, the flavors clash. There's spices, mint, some caramel and a leather note that overstays its welcome. The more I drink it, the less I enjoy it.

Nice nose of chocolate cherry and salted caramel, fruitful and complex. The taste is rather different. Tastes of burnt wood and dark malt notes. At first, reminded me a bit of drinking a stout with a thick moutfeel. Makes a fantastic old fashioned when using Fee Brothers orange bitters.

Candy apple along with some wood and spice notes. Makes a nice old fashioned.

Rye bread, rubber, rubbing alcohol, sour notes abound. It's got some different flavors to it, I'll give it that.

For the price you really can't go wrong. I get cinnamon, a bit of apple pie, some wood flavor and nuttiness as well. I would have liked to get those notes that I found in the nose, but still, it's a nice above average bourbon.

Interesting contrast of sugar notes along with the rye spice. Dark cherry, floral notes can be found as well. I might prefer the bourbon but time will tell.

Has the typical beer barrel flavor of the others in their line, maybe a little less so. There's spice notes with citrus, some floral or grassy notes. Caramel can be picked out as well. There's quite a bit going on and is unique.
