I recently bought the 1991 simply because I was born 1991 and it was bottle the year I turned 21. I couldn't pass this up!

After reading the desert and whiskey pairing article, I just wanted to meantion this whiskey is amazing with some dark chocolate truffles.

I had always loved this rye for my old fashions so I finally decided to pick up a bottle. I was worried it would be too spicy but it was actually very pleasant on its own! Smells of banana shine through beautifully. I added a splash of water but I don't think I needed it. Very pleased.

I got a bottle of this for my birthday, except it doesn't say single malt. Anyone els have a bottle like that? Anyways, this is still a very pleasant dram. Reminds me of a lighter version of the Yellow Spot.

I love this whiskey in an old fashion. Just the right amount of spice. I've been meaning to get a bottle for the house.

This is the second scotch that I've bought and I couldn't have been more relieved. My first being the highland park 18, which I definitely wasn't ready for. This dram, with a little water and some time to settle, was an amazing experience. I also paired it with some dark fudge sea salt cupcakes. It accented the sea salt beautifully.

Heaven in a glass. Would love to try a cask strength.

Very swigable whiskey. I perfer to drink this strait out the bottle with friends on the way to the city. lol
