Tastes

Nose: Dusty cherry, slightly nutty, pepper, tobacco leaves, and oak. Palate: Faint cherry, plums, black pepper, and dusty oak. Finish: Faint peanut butter, oak, plum, and sharp pepper.

Nose: Pecan, cedar, cinnamon, vanilla, honey Palate: Butter pecan pie, toasted graham cracker, burnt toffee, pear Finish: Dry oak, licorice, leather, brown sugar, cinnamon

Nose: Rye spice, cinnamon, molasses, vanilla, and oak. Palate: More rye spice followed by rum flavors of spice, cinnamon, molasses, and brown sugar. Finish: Molasses sweetness with a little ethanol.

Nose: Dill, rye spice, mint, clove, leather Palate: Citrus, caramel, brown sugar, black pepper, rye spice Finish: Rye spice transitions to brown sugar, medium length

Nose:  Oak, caramel, faint vanilla, lemon/orange sweetness and some rye spice. Palate: Citrus, brown sugar, vanilla, and rye spice. Finish: Faint residuals of lemon and vanilla, maybe a tiny speckle of orange.

Nose: Maple sugar candy, bananas, and burnt wood. Some ethanol. Palate: Chocolate, caramel and charred oak up front followed by tobacco, bananas, spice, and some maple sugar candy. It coats the mouth with a medium body mouthfeel. Finish: The heat kicks in and rounds out with charred oak and maple sugar candy.

Nose:  Cherry, vanilla, caramel, oak, and orange peel. Palate:  Cherry, blueberry, orange citrus with some light brown sugar. Finish:  Oak, leather, and a touch of vanilla.

Nose: Faint hints of raspberry, cranberry, dark chocolate, and charred oak. Palate: Melted milk chocolate, maple syrup, charred oak and sourdough pretzel with a hint of vanilla and black cherry. Finish: Bitter oak and dark bitter chocolate, with maple and a peppery spiciness.

Nose: Baking spices and rye spice along with caramel and brown sugar. Palate: Baking spices, white pepper, and orange peel before caramel and brown sugar take over. Finish: Baking spices, black pepper, and rye spice before brown sugar and caramel pull in against the spice, creating an equal balance between the sweet and spicy sides.

Nose: Bubble gum, vanilla, caramel, and floral notes Taste:  Toffee, maple syrup, and black pepper Finish:  Medium-to-long viscous finish with lingering black pepper
