Nose: Brown sugar and caramel greet you as you lift the glass before notes of dry cinnamon sticks, and charred oak along with a large dose of baking spices. Palate: Flavors of brown sugar, rich toasted oak, and brown butter start off before turning over to cinnamon, dry aged oak, and baking spice notes. Overall: A classic wheated bourbon that is very well balanced.

Reviewed November 11, 2024 (edited November 23, 2024)Nose: Some torched orange, vanilla, light brown sugar, and a hint of peanut butter. Palate: Cherry and orange smack you in the face before baking spice, cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar appear. Overall: A great bottle at the MSRP. It's very well balanced and I'll be looking to scoop up as many as I can. -
Nose: Starts off with toasted vanilla & marshmallow and then finishes with some cinnamon, brown sugar and leather. Palate: The mouth coating is rich with cola, brown sugar, walnut and milk chocolate. Overall: Loving the profile of this bottle. Easy drinking and very enjoyable. I'll be keeping a bottle of this stocked in the home bar.

Nose: Candy corn, a hint of honey and slightly charred wood abound with faint ethanol burn. Palate: Hot on the tongue with lots of spice and cinnamon. Faint notes of mint and cherry follow before the ethanol recedes. Overall: A decent bourbon for the price point, but not a lot of depth and a little too hot to rank this higher.
-
Nose: Some earthy notes of both fresh grass and peppery spice. Palate: Very light texture, an herbal start that moves quickly into baking spice on the end in a light but slightly lingering finish. A hint of caramel at the very end. Overall: A solid sipper, but for the price there are certainly better options available.

Brown sugar, leather and browned butter stand out upon first whiff of the glencairn. Soon after delicious aromas of crème brûlée and maple candied bacon appear. On the palate, there are cherry, cinnamon and oak which eventually gives a nice, long hug on the way down. Some lingering leather, plum and raisin finish it off.
