Tastes

Nose: Caramel, apple, vanilla and baking spices. Palate: Butterscotch, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon bun. Finish: A hint of baking spice with more vanilla and creme brulee.

Aromas of caramel, brown sugar and peanut brittle. Very viscous with flavors of apple, peanuts, oak, plums and cinnamon on the back end. I'm digging this bottle.

Nose: Notes of maple syrup and honey immediately come to mind. Palate: Nice coating of the tongue with more maple syrup, tasted marshmallows, with a touch of dark chocolate and leather. Lots going on here. Overall: This could be my favorite bang for the buck out there!

Baking spices, cinnamon notes with flavors of more cinnamon, baking spices, and some vanilla. Medium finish wirh a little heat and spice!

Nose: Some ethanol on the nose with pear and banana. Palate: Medium finish with some peanut, banana, and green apple notes. Overall: Solid whiskey

Some ethanol along with vanilla and oak notes on the nose. Flavors of dried fruits, caramelized apple, and burnt leather. Medium finish with quite the ethanol burn.

Some notes of oak, leather and cherries. medium finish with some more cherry cobbler, cinnamon, and brown sugar flavors.

Cherries, apple, and some gingerbread notes with cocoa, cherry, and some spices on the palate. Finishes off nicely with little burn and a some fruitiness.

Oak and burnt sugar notes on the aroma. Some oak, cinnamon, and leathery flavors. Rather thin, but the finish is clean and no burn from the ABV. A solid bourbon indeed.

Some apple, and notes of honey on the nose. A little cinnamon and more of that honey sweetness. Slight alcohol burn on the finish with some more cinnamon notes.
