Some cinnamon and clove on the nose. Starts off with some black pepper, cinnamon, and herb like oregano flavor. Nice finish with notes of vanilla.

Vanilla nose with notes of vanilla and caramel on the palate. A nice, long finish that really coats the tongue.

Wow! I get a ton of vanilla on the nose along with some alcohol burn. The finish is long and not a lot of heat until it hits the back of your throat. I get different flavor profile than straight Blanton's, with mostly vanilla, caramel, and some brown sugar flavors.
