Tastes

Notes of honey, vanilla, and caramel on the nose. The palate has more vanilla and brown sugar with some oakiness and leather. Semi-long finish with some spiciness. A solid pour for the price!

Caramel and roasted nuts on the nose. Vanilla and peanut notes on the palate. Very smooth finish after an initial bite from the 100 proof. I really enjoy this bottle.

Some oak and vanilla on the nose. A nice medium finish with vanilla, brown sugar, and hints of cinnamon. Very nice!

Some green apple and citrus on the nose and a nice, medium finish for an 80 proof bourbon. You can tell there's something different with this one due to the rice in the mash. Some notes of caramel, candy apple, and molasses. Not a big fan.

Really good for the price! Notes of cherry and vanilla on the nose. Medium finish with cherry and rye spiciness on the palate.

Nose: Notes of burnt butter, leather, tobacco and oak. Palate: Long finish of cinnamon, vanilla, blackberry, dried fruits and a hint of tobacco. Overall: Very complex and I like it.

Honey and vanilla on the nose. Nice, thick finish with more vanilla, cinnamon, and some caramel notes. Delicious!

For $40, I'm impressed. Cinnamon and brown sugar on the nose. Nice, long finish of those little red cinnamon heart candies with a little honey sweetness.
