Reviewed August 10, 2019 (edited November 19, 2019)Nose is very complex and hard to distinguish but I got sweet tea, orange juice, campfire, honey, sea salt, and cheddar. Taste hits you with waves of slightly different peat notes. Starting off with a phenol peat, and ending on a meaty smoke finish. Bit of pepper spice in there too Probably overpriced, but I would never turn down a glass of this sweet nectar -
Nose has rye, green apple, peanut butter, anise, and a lot of vanilla. Taste has a solid pepper burn with burnt sugar, oak, and baking spice filling out the taste nicely.
