Smoother than their non-aged gin. The tasting noted mention caramel and vanilla and I got those right away. My first thought was actually apple pie. This may taste very good in a fall cocktail. :)

Tough for me to review since I don’t normally drink straight gin, but it seems nice. Balanced flavors (I get the juniper but it doesn’t taste like pine-sol), just also very very strong alone.

Nice but suuuuper subtle taste. Very easy to miss (and therefore probably goes down way too easily in a cocktail). Super fun color thing, though. Will probably buy again when there’s a good price.
