Thanks Ryan! Aroma is grassy with peppercorn. Really well rounded flavor, spice, vanilla, and a lovely peppery finish

Aroma is short bread cookies with butter and toffee notes. Flavor is almond cookies, short bread, a hint of ozone, and perhaps a light smoke in the finish.

61.6% abv aged 5 years. Batch #2 Smell is oak and vanilla. Flavor is huge on oak and rye, I feel like everyone I taste this something new comes out. One time it was straight up fresh dill. I get hints of earth, licorice, and ribs of rye character.

Barrel #3596 Aroma is licorice, toasted oak, and vanilla. Creamy flavor with caramel and vanilla. Hint of corn in the finish. Overall delightful

Single barrel. Barrel #B/2/36 56.04 abv. Licorice, cinnamon, and oak in the aroma. Vanilla with light cinnamon and a touch of heat. Not too bad.

Toasted oak in the aroma. Flavor is slightly medicinal, with some rye notes, caramel,l.

Light oak and vanilla in the aroma. Toasted oak, dried herbs, coconut, and a hint of licorice in the flavor.

Nose is waxy with maple and marshmallow. Flavor is very heavy on cinnamon up front, with a massive syrup finish. A bit of heat, and the spice note give a yin and yang feel to this, unfortunately the spice and the sweetness don't necessarily align in harmony for me.

Short bread aroma, with toast. Flavor is vanilla, short bread, and dried fruit. N lovely

Aroma of barrel, almond, toasted coconut. Flavor is rich with notes if toasted coconut, caramel, and a banana finish.
