Nose- sweet and desserty. Maple, caramel, honey buns. Reminds me of AE rye Taste- not as sweet as the nose lets on which is a good thing! More caramel-y pastries, honey and pear/apple. N- tangerines, almond extract and a hint of chocolate. pleasant T- punchy but well balanced. Wintergreen freshness, vanilla shortbread and a bit more citrus. Loads of rye spice and cinnamon candies on the backend F-spicy with a vanilla oak astringency In your face in a polite and balanced way. Proof gives a range of flavors to sift through. Really enjoyable!

Nose- just a fantastic nose. Berry reduction, leather, vanilla bean and rye spice. Faintest bit of ethanol Taste- a bit more dialed back than the nose would let on, maybe due to the proof. But still a great mix of Cherry, candied pecan, lots of oak and baking spices.
