Clase Azul Tequila Reposado
Tequila Reposado — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed June 18, 2021 (edited December 31, 2021)Vanilla and lime on the nose. Honey, raspberries and hot peppers. Smooth and warm. Sweet, pepper and vanilla aftertaste. Delightful! -
The first thing that hits you is the beautiful melange of dried fruit, malt, caramel and sweetness on the nose. The colour matches the nose perfectly and brings up memories of great creme brûlée with berries. The youthfulness of the alcohol shows through after a couple of sips making it feel like more than its 44% alcohol. The palate is still smooth and sweet with hints of caramel, vanilla, dried dates and figs, with a hint of fresh leather and sea salt.200.0 CAD per Bottle

Dalmore 18 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed December 25, 2020 (edited January 18, 2021)The nose is quite unique- someone described it as soy sauce and although this is not it, it is the closest I can peg it to; there is a hint of something medicinal there. The palate is very sweet with light honey, dried figs, dates. It goes down smooth and warm with bitter-sweet aftertaste. -
