Dry, cherry, wood, vanilla, baking spice, spicy. MGP

Tasty stuff. A bit spicy no doubt, but a sweet leathery full flavor profile. A bit oily, hot, somewhat one dimensional but they have dialed this leathery spicy profile.

Definitely not my favorite batch but this still has some very nice red fruit compared to most, and some muted leather which gives way to some acetone flavors if you dig too deep. Spicy for sure, lots of oak, always a pleasure to drink ECBP

Just way too hot and not complex at all. Had to add water and I usually have ECBP neat no problem. To say this isn’t good would be a lie, but I just get overbearing heat on top of some cherry, char, and vanilla.

Tasty, free pour from the brother, can’t say I’d pay more than retail for this bottle, it’s good.

Second City store pick. It’s decent. Drinks lighter than the proof, has a bit odd minty medicinal flavor that reminds me of some less refined four roses. It isn’t bad for 5 years, wouldn’t buy again but thought it was interesting to try for the money. 60%+ store pick single barrel

This is great stuff, one of the best batches I’ve had and certainly one of the fruitiest. Less leather and heat in this batch and usual, opens up with a tad of water but still your borderline painfully hot when neat (still delicious either way).

Yeah, I mean the warning signs were all over and I still took it hook line n sinker. It’s decent? Nose: mint, a tad of cinnamon, oak Palate: Bubblegum, mint, oak, a bit of spice but not much Finish: mor minty cinnamon, pretty short and uneventful, honestly. It is going to take several kick ass releases from these guys to make me want to consider buying any of their products again frankly.
