Robust fruity nose with oak char. Palette starts sweet and the pepper comes on strong. The mouth feel is worth noting, the reviewer nailed it. The finish is long and warm. Great complex bourbon.

The mild nose is sweet, oaky and inviting. The wine cask is there along with leather. Mouth feel is average. Palette is very smooth with sweet vanilla and more wood. The finish is surprisingly long with vanilla and leather. Exceptionally smooth sipper. Red, orange, Texas, $48

The nose is oaky, vanilla and a touch of licorice and baking spice. Mouth feel is nice. Palette is like the nose, oaky with sweetness on the front of the tongue, I get a ton of leather that lingers in the warm medium finish. Very enjoyable sipper.
