    For the price this is really a fantastic buy and one that is easy to sip neat. This is actually lighter in color than I expected it to be. The nose is sweet - vanillas, nutty, and graham cracker. Taste is delicately sweet; cakelike with caramels and a smooth oak finish.

    Batch QBC no 23-23; Maddie and Kendall Ryan bought this as a gift for letting them stay with us in Baltimore in April 2024. Color is a beautiful medium-to-dark amber and nose is full of vanilla and baking spice. Taste is fantastic - nutmeg, oak, toast. Very nice!

    Very light sipper - Candied caramel and toast come to mind with a hint of almond and butter. Beautiful flavor at this proof point (115.6). Enjoyed this a lot, but not as good as Elijiah Craig BP or Larceny BP

    Bought at Loading Dock Liquors. Color is a nice amber and smell is fantastic - honey, butter, and dried fruits. Very oak forward with honey and spice with sweet grains. Lingering cinnamon and toast. Very interesting blend.

    Was recommended this at Total Wine as a “transition” into Scotches… smell is not as peaty as other scotches I have tried and smells a lot like apple juice. Taste is not bad, but so terribly plain (I am used to big bold bourbons). I would not make the leap from bourbon for this scotch

    T his feels like another Total Wine affiliated brand, as they were making a big push to sell it. Only a 4 year age statement. Surprisingly this is not too bad. A lot of nice, sweet caramels, cake, and subtle berry notes. Some leathery tobacco at the finish

    Another commentor alluded to this as a Total Wine scam and I tend to agree. The smell and taste are not awful, but this is not even a decent quality bourbon. While the vanillas and oakey flavors are there, there is not enough depth or complex flavors that come with aging
