I was expecting more from that bottle, maybe because of Highland park? This one is very light, peated but no character and no dimension. Not bad but weak.

First of all, I like the black bottle. This one is smooth but fruity sweet smoke. Lovely one.

On the nose: Bacon style smoke, a bit sweet, and some apples pears. On the palate, Smoke, vanilla spices, and apples. Nice finish with still the smoke. Reminds me Peated Glenturret.

First time I got it. Pear caramel festival with a hint of smoke. Reminds me that kind of whisky you ask just to get drunk, or for cocktails. Not ugly but a bit boring.
