Stagg Jr Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch 1
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 25, 2018 (edited September 6, 2018)Batch 10, 126.4 proof. It’s hot, hot. Like an Eagle Rare on fire. Nice notes of Cherry, smoke and oak. A little vanilla. The finish lingers forever. I like ECBP better and the heat is a little strong but this is still a solid barrel proof for the price ($50). -
Old Grand-Dad Bonded Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 23, 2018 (edited August 29, 2019)High rye mashbill. Sweet with citrus notes. Compared to the OGD 114 it is much sweeter and has less bite. The orange notes are prominent. Pretty good overall.
