As someone who gave up soda a long time ago, this definitely filled the void of super sweet treat. At first sip this took me back to sweetness of a cherry Vanilla Coke. And boy was it amazing. If that’s all you get from this whiskey it’s a winner. But there’s some more complexity and spice behind those flavors. Warning this is a higher abv than most sipping whiskeys, so if you are not used to alcohol straight it will hit you hard.

I tried a dram of this and found it a very complex peated whiskey. Not overly peaty

Flavor wise I didn’t find it special or memorable. Very smooth easy drink tho.
