Batch B520 Nose: Cherry-vanilla Coca Cola syrup, hot cocoa powder, oak. Palate: sweet flavors of vanilla, pepper, spice, tobacco. Slightly more mild and complex with a little water added. Certainly Larceny. Finish: Little Kentucky hug, seems to last quite a while going from sweet, to more of a dark chocolate, to tobacco. Almost has a smoked pleated flavor like a lowlands scotch.120.0 USD per Bottle

Weller 12 Year Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 21, 2020 (edited December 23, 2020)Nose: caramelized sugar on the rim of a creme brûlée, tiny bit of citrus, and a hint of allspice. Reminds me of a sugar coated muffin. Taste: extremely gentle on the palate and creamy, almost tastes like the 12 years of age was washed out by watering down the proof and making more bottles. Overall, disappointing. Makes me long to find a bottle of Full proof or WLW to taste something that hasn’t been cut. Finish: light tobacco, faint oak, seems to just vanish into thin air. Overall: great at the price purchased, but there are certainly other bottles that are worth the time. It’s perfect for the person who hasn’t had much bourbon, and wants something tasty that won’t turn them away.24.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed December 19, 2020 (edited March 28, 2021)Nose: Peanut brittle, vanilla, red hot candy. Tastes of peanut skins, cinnamon, oak, and dark chocolate. Like a dark chocolate, peanut butter, brittle candy from See’s. Finish lingers for forever just as a Bookers normally does. -
George T. Stagg Bourbon (Fall 2019)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed December 19, 2020 (edited December 20, 2020)An extremely sweet nose of candied carmel apple with a heavy, sugary charred oak, tiny bit of vanilla. Reminds me of a wonderful pie with candied vanilla ice cream. It tastes of sweet luxardo cherry with hints of mint, apple, and peach. It slowly morphs into more oaky, cinnamon, pecan, spicy pepper as it opens up. Almost like biting into that warm, wonderfully baked cherry pie that grandma made from scratch with homemade whipped cream and ice cream. It continues to linger morphing with lighter spice that continues. It’s finish never ends..... it’s like a hug and kiss from someone you never want to let go!
