Bright shiny malty nose with a touch of smoke. Taste starts with a honey malt smoothness that transitions to a slightly heathery peat, not as aggressive as I was expecting. Ends with a light mintyness that coats the mouth.

Delicioso Blanco. Vegetal nose, obviously agave. The taste matches the nose with a tasty vegetal deep taste. Soft brininess in the middle. The sweetness of the roasting process rounds out the taste. Nice sharp notes between the different notes.
